OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated November 4, 2025, and pursuant to subsection 35(2) of

Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board to pay to the Public Trustee, in trust for David Allan Prince, the sum of Thirty Thousand, Thirty-Eight Dollars and Forty-Four Cents ($30,038.44), held by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Public Trustee Act , being his share of the Estate of the late Darrell Vernon Fletcher, together with interest at the rate of Prime less 2.0% from March 4, 2021 to the date of payment.
