Order in Council 1616/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Dan Weagant was reappointed as full-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of five years, effective December 12, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1530/2021;

And

whereas Dan Weagant tendered his resignation effective November 26, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act , Order in Council O.C. 1530/2021 be revoked effective November 26, 2025.
