OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 18, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and Order in Council 2002-102 dated March 8, 2002, is pleased, effective August 18, 2003, to: (

a) revoke the appointment of the Honourable Cecil P. Clarke as the Minister responsible for the Office of Economic Development, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2002-289, dated June 17, 2002; and (

b) appoint the Honourable Ernest L. Fage, a Member of the Executive Council, as the Minister responsible for the Office of Economic Development, who may be described as the Minister of Economic Development.
