OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated October 16, 2001, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Kimberley Coates, made pursuant to Order in Council 2000-254 dated May 10, 2000; and (
b) appoint Kimberley Ramsay of Shubenacadie, Hants County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while employed with the Municipality of East Hants.
