titre d'article 3.3, ce qui suit : Sexual assault awareness training 3.3 Before a person takes office as a judge, they must participate in a course that, in the opinion o f the Chief Judge, provides adequate training on the subjects of (

a) sexual assault law, including (

a) domestic violence and stalking within the meaning of The Domestic Violence and Stalking Act ; and (
