OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated April 17, 2002, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Aleshia Patton, made pursuant to Order in Council 1998-322, dated June 30, 1998; and (
b) appoint Aleshia Bushen of Amherst, Cumberland County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
