Order in Council 1168/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Devina Wadhwa of Thunder Bay, appointed by O.C. 23/2024 as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Consent and Capacity Board, has resigned from her appointment effective November 7, 2024;

Now therefore , pursuant to the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 23/2024 be revoked.
