I, Mark Messmer, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Innovation, order that

(

a) the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 71/2010, is amended as set out in

section 1 of the attached Schedule,

(

b) the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 271/2007, is amended as set out in

section 2 of the attached Schedule, and

(

c) the Mineral Land Reserve (No Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 397/2012, is amended as set out in

section 3 of the attached Schedule.
