Order in Council 1798/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 111/2022 dated January 27, 2022, that reappointed Andrea Waddell of Toronto as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Consent and Capacity Board under the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
