In general terms, this Muni cipal Development Regulations Amendment re-zones a parcel of land off Ballyshannon Street from Reside ntial Subdivision Area to Rural Residential.

The amendment is required to allow for the development of one un-serviced building lot. The amendment comes into effect on the day that this notice is published in The Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette. Anyone wishing to inspect a copy of Development Regulations Amendment No. 25 – 2007, may do so at the Paradise Town Hall, during normal hours of operation.

In general terms the purpose of the Municipal Plan and Development Regulations am endments are to allow additional residential development off Pumbly Cove Park Road and Long Subdivision Road and protect the Town =s water supply area around John Newhook=s Pond. The Municipal Plan Amendments Nos. 2 and 3, 2006 and Development Regulations Amendments Nos. 2 and 3, 2006 come into effect on the day that this notice is published in The Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
