OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated November 30, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Agriculture signing the Federal/Provincial Agreement with respect to Net Income Stabilization Accounts as amending agreement No 11 to the Canada - Nova Scotia Implementation Agreement under the Agricultural Policy Framework Agreement substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
