Order in Council 670/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Eban Bayefsky of Toronto be appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
