Section 159 of
Chapter 231 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Insurance Act, is pleased to make regulations prescribing guidelines concerning filings made with the Insurance Review Board under
Section 155B of the Insurance Act regarding decreases in insurance rates in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after January 22, 2007.
