OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 16, 1999, pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective August 16, 1999, to assign responsibility for reporting to the Executive Council on matters relating to Aboriginal Affairs to the Honourable Michael G. Baker, a Member of the Executive Council.
