B.C. Reg. 268/2003, deposited June 27, 2003, pursuant to the WILDLIFE ACT [Section 108 (2) and (3)]. Regulation of the Minister of Water, Land and Air Protection, dated June 26, 2003.

I, Joyce Murray, Minister of Water, Land and Air Protection, order that the Wildlife Act Commercial Activities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 338/82, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

1 The Wildlife Act Commercial Activities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 338/82, is amended in

section 2.08 (5) by striking out "immediately upon killing a bear, he or she removes the gall bladder from the carcass and leaves it at the kill site" and substituting "immediately upon killing a bear and cancelling the species licence, he or she moves the bear carcass with the gallbladder attached from the kill site and, within 48 hours of the kill, guts the bear and disposes of the gall bladder".

Section 3.04 (1) (

f) is amended by striking out "fisher,".

Schedule 3.07 is repealed and the attached

Schedule 3.07 substituted.

Section 3.16 is amended

(

a) by repealing subsection (1) (a), and

(

b) by repealing subsection (3) (

b) and substituting the following:
