OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated February 9, 2017, is pleased to: (

a) pursuant to clause 4(1)(

a) and

Section 6 of

Chapter 18 of the Acts of 2006, the Midwifery Act , appoint Maren Dietze of Lunenburg, Lunenburg County, and Theresa Pickart of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bald Rock) as members of the Midwifery Regulatory Council of Nova Scotia each for a three (3) year term commencing March 31, 2017; (

b) pursuant to clause 4(1)(

b) and

Section 6 of

Chapter 18 of the Acts of 2006, the Midwifery Act , appoint Dr. Anne Houstoun of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Midwifery Regulatory Council of Nova Scotia for a three (3) year term commencing March 31, 2017; and (

c) pursuant to clause 4(1)(

c) and

Section 6 of

Chapter 18 of the Acts of 2006, the Midwifery Act , appoint Karin Wallace of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), Kimberly McFarlane of Halifax Regional Municipality (Eastern Passage) and Laura White of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as members of the Midwifery Regulatory Council of Nova Scotia each for a three (3) year term commencing March 31, 2017.
