OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated May 10, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 9 of the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Financial Assistance Regulations N.S. Reg 133/2001, made pursuant to
Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act , is pleased to consent to the decision of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated dated November 13, 2013, to approve financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to Manulife Financial in an amount not to exceed Three Million, Eight Hundred Forty Three Thousand, Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($3,843,750.00).
