An Act to Amend the Fish and Wildlife Act Loi modifiant la

Loi sur le poisson et la faune Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 1(1) of the Fish and Wildlife Act,

chapter F-14.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1980, is amended in the definition “resident” 1 Le paragraphe 1 (1) de la

Loi sur le poisson et la faune,

chapitre F-14.1 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 1980, est modifié à la définition « résident », (

a) in paragraph (

e) by striking out “or” at the end of the paragraph;

a) à l’alinéa e), par la suppression de « ou » à la fin de l’alinéa; (

b) in paragraph (

f) of the English version by adding “or” at the end of the paragraph;

b) à la version anglaise de l’alinéa (f), par l’ad- jonction de « or » à la fin de l’alinéa; (

c) by adding after paragraph (

f) the following :

c) par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après l’alinéa f) : (

g) a person who was born in the Province and who is a member of the Canadian Forces or the Royal Ca- nadian Mounted Police.
