OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated February 17, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables entering into an agreement with Natural Resources Canada regarding resilience to natural disaster risk and managing wildfires, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
