B.C. Reg. 147/2011 , deposited July 25, 2011, pursuant to the COMMUNITY SERVICES INTERIM AUTHORITIES ACT [sections 3, 14.1 and 16]. Ministerial Order M207/2011, dated July 16, 2011.

I, Mary McNeil, Minister of Children and Family Development, order that the following regulations are repealed:

(

a) Transfer of Assets and Liabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 58/2009;

(

b) Interim Authorities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 277/2007;

(

c) Transfer of Assets and Liabilities (Interim Authority for Community Living BC) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 297/2005;

(

d) Interim Authorities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 304/2002.
