OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated March 7, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 25 of

Chapter 143 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Elevators and Lifts Act, is pleased to amend the general regulations respecting elevators and lifts made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council dated May 14, 1957, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after September 1, 2002.
