OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board and the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated May 4, 2023, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act , is pleased, effective April 1, 2023, to: (

a) revoke approval of the Senior Officials Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2007-85 dated February 14, 2007; (

b) approve the Senior Officials Pay Plan set forth in Appendix “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

c) approve adjustments to the Senior Officials Pay Plan from time to time, consistent with the Government’s approved wage pattern.
