Order in Council 1853/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006 ,

Karen Ellis, Deputy Minister

be appointed as a member of the Public Service Commission, effective January 3, 2024, for a term not extending beyond the earlier of January 2, 2025 and the date she ceases to be a deputy minister.
