Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated September 13, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) lease a portion of the building situate at 5495 Granville Road, Granville Ferry, Annapolis County, as shown outlined in red on

Schedule "A"and which is attached to and forms part of the report and recommendation; (

b) lease the portion of the building to Family and Children's Services of Annapolis County at a rental rate of $1.00 per year for a lease term of fifteen (15) years; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a lease agreement in such form as the Minister determines.
