Order in Council 1854/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas , by Order in Council O.C. 1789/2017 dated August 31, 2017, Bonnie Adamson was appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council as hospital supervisor for Brant Community Healthcare System (hereinafter referred to as the “Hospital”) under subsection 9(1) of the Public Hospitals Act;

And

whereas Bonnie Adamson has completed her appointment mandate;

And

whereas subsection 9(4) of the Public Hospitals Act provides that the appointment of a hospital supervisor is valid until terminated by order of the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

Therefore , pursuant to subsection 9(4) of the Public Hospitals Act , O.C. 1789/2017 is revoked and the appointment of Bonnie Adamson as supervisor for the Hospital is terminated effective as of 11:59:59 pm on December 31, 2019.
