Under the authority of

section 257 of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

The boundaries of the Town of

Grand Le Pierre

are as set out in the Schedule.

Regulation 664/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at the point of highest elevation of

Dunns

Mountain

and then running south 20,875 metres, more or less, to a point in the northern shoreline of

Fortune

Bay

Then running in a generally southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline to a point at the eastern entrance to Grand Le Pierre;

Then running along the shorelines of the

harbour

Grand Le Pierre

to a point at the western entrance to Grand Le Pierre;

Then following the sinuosities of the northern shoreline of

Fortune

Bay

to a point at the mouth of a small brook which empties into the northwest angle of Pays Cove;

Then running north 15 west 15,700 metres, more or less, to a point on the northern bank of Southwest Brook;

Then running north 7,325 metres, more or less;

Then running east 9,900 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
