OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated September 5, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 8 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2014, the Halifax Convention Centre Act , is pleased to: (
a) appoint Luc Erjavec of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Halifax Convention Centre Board of Directors (Events East) for a term of four (4) years commencing October 5, 2023; and (
b) determine that Luc Erjavec be remunerated in the amount of $150.00 per day and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling duties as a member of the Board of Directors, provided that any such reimbursements do not exceed those normally payable to members of the civil service.
