Order in Council 1611/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Stephanie Zwicker Slavens of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term ending November 30, 2027, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Pursuant to ,

whereas Stephanie Zwicker Slavens was reappointed as a full-time member and associate chair of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective December 1, 2024 by Order in Council O.C. 948/2024;

Therefore , Order in Council O.C. 948/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
