Urban Region, Regional Planning Area declared by the minister and described or referred to in the

Urban Region, Regional Plan approved by the minister.

All public authorities and all other persons, corporations, partnerships, associations or other organizations are prohibited from taking any action or undertaking any development that conflicts with or is inconsistent with the approved regional plan for the

St. John's

Urban Region, Regional Planning Area.
