B.C. Reg. 315/2008 , deposited November 7, 2008, pursuant to the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE ACT [Section 35] and the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [Section 26]. Order in Council 804/2008, approved and ordered November 6, 2008.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective November 25, 2008,

(a)

section 58 (4) of the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended by striking out "or" at the end of paragraph (a), by adding ", or" at the end of paragraph (b) (ii) (

B) and by adding the following paragraph:

(

c) the minister is satisfied that the family unit is homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless. , and

(b)

section 56 (4) of the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended by striking out "or" at the end of paragraph (a), by adding ", or" at the end of paragraph (b) (ii) (

B) and by adding the following paragraph:

(

c) the minister is satisfied that the family unit is homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless.
