Order in Council 429/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Sylvana Capogreco was appointed as full-time Independent Police Review Director for the Province of Ontario on an interim basis by Order in Council numbered O.C. 428/2019 dated March 21, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 26.1(3) of the Police Services Act , Sylvana Capogreco is to be paid an annual remuneration of $235,259 during the term of her appointment.
