OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated March 23, 2000, pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 7 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1996, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, is pleased to determine that, for the purpose of paying part of the operating costs of the Occupational Health and Safety Division of the Department of Labour for the fiscal year 1999-2000, the sum of $4,379,000.00 shall, prior to March 31, 2000, be paid into the Consolidated Fund of the Province of Nova Scotia from the Accident Fund by the Workers' Compensation Board.
