OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated May 27, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and pursuant to
Section 59C of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations to enter into agreements with the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago respecting the licensing of Nova Scotia's Registry of Motor Vehicles System, as set out in Schedules "A" and "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, or a form of agreement to like form and effect.
