On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 4 of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Act,

Rodney Cook of Whitby

be nominated for appointment to the Council of Governors of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, as the governor who is representative of the Government of Ontario.
