Order in Council 692/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Shelby Whittick of Bowmanville be reappointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a period effective May 25, 2018, and ending December 31, 2018.
