OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated April 11, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective May 10, 2022, to approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Funding Agreement for the period of August 20, 2021 to March 31, 2026 with Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada respecting the provision of funds to enable the Province to support and enhance the Supervised Access and Exchange Program, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as the Minister determines are necessary and do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
