Order in Council 263/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Craig Mazerolle of Toronto be reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective May 9, 2026.
