OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 5, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 8 of
Chapter 250 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Land Titles Clarification Act, is pleased to: (
a) determine that Robert Barrie Jones has been adversely affected by the issuance of a Certificate of Title pursuant to the Land Titles Clarification Act; (
b) determine that $30,000 is payable to the Estate of Robert Barrie Jones as compensation for having been adversely affected; and (
c) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents and take such steps as may be required to give effect to this Order.
