B.C. Reg. 191/2020 , deposited July 23, 2020, under the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE ACT [section 35] and the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [section 26]. Order in Council 441/2020, approved and ordered July 23, 2020.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended as

set out in the attached Appendix 1, and

(

b) the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002,

is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 2.

Appendix 1

Section 2.1 of the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002,

is amended

(

a) in subsection (1) by striking out " May, June and July, 2020 " and substituting " a calendar month after April, 2020 and before March, 2021 ", and

(

b) in subsection (5) by striking out " August 1, 2020 " and substituting " March 1, 2021 ".

Appendix 2

Section 2.01 of the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation,

B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended

(

a) in subsection (1) by striking out " May, June and July, 2020 " and substituting " a calendar month after April, 2020 and before March, 2021 ", and

(

b) in subsection (5) by striking out " August 1, 2020 " and substituting " March 1, 2021 ".
