OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated June 3, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 45 of
Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1992, the Dental Act , is pleased to approve amendments to the Qualifications for Registration and Licensing of Dentists Regulations , N.S. Reg. 163/93, made by the Provincial Dental Board of Nova Scotia and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 93-858 dated November 2, 1993, regarding the powers of the Registration Appeal Committee, in the manner set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 26, 2015.
