Section 2 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1990, the Emergency Measures Act is pleased, effective August 16, 1999, to assign the administration of the Emergency Measures Act and the Regulations made thereunder to the Honourable Jamie A. Muir, a Member of the Executive Council.
