CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Saskatchewan Telecommunications Act and The Saskatchewan Telecommunications Holding Corporation Act respecting Borrowing Powers (Assented to April 6, 2023) HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Telecommunications Statutes (Borrowing Powers) Amendment Act, 2023. RSS 1978, c S-34,

section amended Subsection 32(1) of The Saskatchewan Telecommunications Act is amended in the portion following clause (

b) by striking out “$1,800,000,000” and substituting “$2,900,000,000 ”. SS 1991, c S-34.1,

section amended Subsection 17(1) of The Saskatchewan Telecommunications Holding Corporation Act is amended in the portion following clause (
