OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated November 16, 2009, and pursuant to Sections 7B and 7H of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, and to subsection 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to approve an amendment to Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation's By-law #5 Respecting Non-Bargaining Unit Staff Compensation and Benefits, by replacing Appendix "A" to By-law #5 with Appendix "A" to

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 1, 2009.
