Order in Council 553/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Coroners Act, as amended,

Heather Arthur of South Stormont

is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year effective from the later of April 11, 2023, or the date this Order in Council is made.
