On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 1(2) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Gregory Bishop of Minden be appointed as full-time member and associate chair of the Environmental Review Tribunal for a fixed term of six months, effective the later of January 9, 2021 and the date this Order in Council is made.
