Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act,

I designate the area generally known as the Bannerman Lake Water Supply Area

for the Town of

Harbour Grace

as a protected water supply area.

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Car bonear

- Harbour Grace abutted and bounded as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference, Zone 22, 332,000 metres east 5,286,000 metres north 166 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 206 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 253 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 244 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 233 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres;
