OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated January 10, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 19 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, and
Section 7 of
Chapter 37 of the Acts of 2022, the Invest Nova Scotia Act , is pleased to: (
a) transfer to the General Revenue Fund and charge to the Nova Scotia Fund the amount of $60,000,000; and (
b) transfer to the Nova Scotia First Fund and charge to the General Revenue Fund the amount of $60,000,000.
