Order in Council 554/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 28(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992, Andras Szonyi of Oshawa is hereby appointed as a part-time member of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective on the date this Order in Council is made.

And pursuant to

section 28(2) of the Building Code Act, 1992, Andras Szonyi of Oshawa is hereby designated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective on the date this Order in Council is made.
