B.C. Reg. 352/2012 , deposited November 26, 2012, pursuant to the BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT [sections 142.1, 164, 194 and 200]. Order in Council 829/2012, approved and ordered November 23, 2012.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective March 18, 2013,

section 2 of the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Regulation, B.C. Reg. 294/2004, is repealed and the following substituted:

Spouses

2 Persons who live together in a marriage-like relationship are spouses for the purposes of the Act.
