OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development and Tourism dated December 3, 1998, pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 339 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Peggy's Cove Commission Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint John Campbell of Peggy's Cove, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Peggy's Cove Commission for a term of office of two years commencing December 3, 1998 and ending December 3, 2000; (

b) designate John Campbell as the Chairman of the Peggy's Cove Commission; (

c) appoint Michael Nash Kelly of Head of St. Margaret's Bay, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Peggy's Cove Commission for a term of office of two years commencing December 3, 1998 and ending December 3, 2000; (

d) authorize the payment of $35.00 per half day, plus reasonable expenses to the members of the Commission for work involving the Commission; and (

e) authorize the payment of $50.00 per half day, plus reasonable expenses to the Chairman of the Commission for work involving the Commission.
